    I like this one. This is similar to one I discovered on Wednesday. I found it really useful if you are too slow to stuff the shoot into the ground, and they get hold of you. I mine looks like it would be a bit more painful than this, with extra small circles, and a bit more hold your arms firmly. Surprised)
