    We're a fairly new forum but as traffic builds up we'll be running a poll to gauge interest in seminars on Ba Fang Tong Bei Quan.
    In the meantime if you want to post general thoughts on what you'd like from a seminar, we'll be listening! alien

    Some ideas for different types of seminar:

    - Here and now defence techniques
    - Forms
    - Introduction to our art - for people who think they might like to learn but aren't sure. This would be a combination of demonstrations and the chance to fire questions
    - A competition!?
